If you feel you have stumbled across a problem with Scratchings, contact the administrator via email at csdev@chickscope.beckman.uiuc.edu. Due to the volume of email received, we cannot guarantee a response via email. However your problems will be looked into, and if a bug is found, it will be fixed.

Scratchings is implemented using a highly customized version of HyperNews1.9.6. For further help with how HyperNews works, or how to use some of the more archane features of the system, visit the HyperNews website. Do not send problems with Scratchings or bug reports to the HyperNews authors. The authors of HyperNews have never heard of Chickscope, and would probably be disappointed in the way the Chickscope staff hacked up their code.
