With this form, you can either change your own member information or inquire about an existing member. Membership in group ILCS on this HyperNews installation gives you certain privileges, listed below. Once you are a member, no one else can use your User ID without knowing your password.

Each HyperNews installation has its own membership and associated privileges. This HyperNews installation is administered by .

Only administrators may join new members. Members may change their own info.
Anyone may read messages.
Only members may add messages.
No one may add subscriptions for notification. Once a member is subscribed, only that member may unsubscribe.
Only members may delete their own messages.
Only members may move or copy their own messages.
Only administrators may reset passwords of members.
Only administrators may create new base articles. The owner of a base article is the administrator for it.

Because only the administrator can join new members, some of the information on this page may not be pertinent to you as a member.

To join as a new member, first enter the User ID immediately below. Make it an ID that you can easily type and that you will remember. Then fill in the following fields. You should have a Password, Name, Email Address. Then select Join or Change and click on Submit. Use this same form to later change your current membership information. To do that, you only need to enter the values that you are changing, but you will need to enter your current password at the end.
