Varieties of Chickens:
White and Black Games
These two varieties differ only in color from the
others of their class. The plumage of the White Game
is a pure, spotless white; beak, shanks, and feet
yellow; comb, wattles, and earlobes, red. The Black
Game is a lustrous black in plumage; beak, shanks,
and feet black; comb, wattles, and earlobes deep
red.
