NIH Image Tutorial:
Making a Graph
- Open NIH Image. Use File>Open to open
the measurement you created in Section 2.
- Use these measurements to create a graph of size
in square millimeters (along the y-axis) versus time
in days (along the x-axis) on graph paper.
- Use File>Open to open the montage you
created in the Section 1.
- Compare the graph with the observations you made
of the images in your montage.
